Overview
The White Group focuses on developing strong stroke technique and building basic stamina. Swimmers begin refining freestyle and backstroke while learning how to swim longer distances with proper breathing and turns.

- Breathing control (freestyle breathing every 3 strokes)
- Introduction to flip turns
- Building endurance and consistency
Requirements to Participate
- Swim 25 meters freestyle without stopping or touching the wall
- Swim 25 meters backstroke without stopping or touching the wall
Move-Up Requirements
- Swim 100 meters freestyle with controlled breathing (every 3 strokes)
- Perform flip turns (learning and practicing)
- Swim 50 yards backstroke legally
